What does the first call cost?
Nothing. It’s thirty minutes on the phone. You tell us what’s eating your week, and you leave knowing the one thing worth fixing first, whether we work together or not.
FAQ
The free call, who owns what, your data, and what happens once it’s built. If yours isn’t here, call us and ask.
Nothing. It’s thirty minutes on the phone. You tell us what’s eating your week, and you leave knowing the one thing worth fixing first, whether we work together or not.
Our honest read of your business from what you tell us in half an hour. It’s a starting point for a conversation, not a finished plan, and it isn’t legal, financial or tax advice.
It depends on what we’re fixing. Small fixes can be quick. Bigger builds go in stages, and you approve each one. You’ll get a plain-English plan before anything starts, not a date nobody can keep.
Any business without a tech department: clinics and practices, law and accounting offices, insurance and real estate, oil and gas, construction and the trades, manufacturers and trucking, shops, restaurants, auto shops and salons, schools, sports clubs and nonprofits. The industry changes, the problems rhyme. See the system we build for yours.

The people building your system, not a salesperson. No hand-offs, no ticket queue, and the phone gets answered.
Usually. We keep what works and fix what doesn’t. A lot of our work is connecting the tools a business already pays for.
Usually not. We connect the tools worth keeping so the same information doesn’t get entered twice. And if an off-the-shelf tool already does the job well, we’ll tell you to buy it instead of building it.
Yes. Your accounts are yours from day one, and once it’s paid for, the site is too. The same goes for custom software: when the work is paid for in full, it’s yours, source code included. The reusable building blocks we bring to every job stay ours, but you can use and change them inside your system for good, and hand them to any developer you like.
No long-term contract. Ongoing support is month to month, and it should keep going because the work is useful, not because an old contract says it has to.
Yes. We build with separate logins for each person, an audit trail of who changed what, and encryption. If your work falls under HIPAA, we’ll sign a BAA. The details are on our data page.
No. When a system uses AI, it works on your information to do the job you asked for. It isn’t feeding your files into somebody’s model. If you ever want AI that knows your own material, that’s a decision you make on purpose, not a default we leave switched on.
You get the access, written handover notes and help teaching the team the new flow. If you want us on call, the ongoing plan is month to month: we keep what’s running healthy and build the next useful improvement each month. How ongoing support works.
Then we will tell you. We can slow down, pause the relationship, or move to a clean handover instead of inventing work.
It keeps running. Your accounts and your data are yours, and anything you’ve paid for in full is yours to keep. We hand over the access and the notes needed to keep it going.
