AI training

AI training that sticks, because it’s built on your own work.

Your team has heard about AI. Some of them may not have used it on a real task yet, and some may be pasting things into it they shouldn’t. We train your people on your own emails, documents and jobs, set up the business accounts and ground rules, and they leave with tasks they’ve practiced and a plan for using them.

The day-to-day

Sound familiar?

  • “We pay for AI, and half the team has never opened it.”
  • “I don’t know what my staff is pasting into ChatGPT, and that worries me.”
  • “The only person here who’s good with AI does everything, and nobody else knows how.”
  • “We watched the videos. Nobody changed how they work.”

The build

What we build.

  • Training on your real work

Sessions use your own emails, documents, quotes and reports, so people leave having done a real task, not a demo.

  • Business accounts, set up right

We set up the business plan your team should be on, with the settings that keep your data out of public model training and logins you control.

  • Ground rules in plain English

A one-page guide on what AI is for at your business, what never goes into it, and who checks the work before it goes out. Where your data carries legal obligations, your lawyer reviews it.

  • A prompt library by role

Ready-to-use prompts for the front desk, the office, the field and the owner, written around the tasks each role actually does.

  • A builder track for your AI person

For the team member who wants to go further: we train them to build and look after simple AI workflows themselves, with us on call.

  • Follow-up that keeps it going

A scheduled check-in after the training to answer questions, fix what didn’t stick and add the next set of tasks.

How it goes

Three steps. No mystery.

  1. 01

We find the tasks worth training on

A short look at where the hours go in each role, so the training covers the jobs that will actually save time, not a tour of features.

  2. 02

We train hands-on, in person or online

Small groups at your office around Houston, or online anywhere in the U.S. Everyone works on their own tasks, with the accounts and rules already in place.

  3. 03

    We follow up

A check-in after the training, agreed up front, to answer questions and add the next round of tasks. If someone should go further, the builder track picks up there.

No surprises

What this isn't.

  • Not a slideshow about the future of AI. Every session ends with real work done.
  • Not a reason to paste customer records into a free chat app. The rules and accounts come first.
  • Not a replacement for judgment. AI drafts, a person checks, and we train it that way.

Straight answers

Questions owners ask.

Does my team need to be technical?

No. The everyday track is for anyone who writes emails, reads documents or fills in forms. If they can use a phone, they can do this. The builder track is for the team member who wants to go further.

Which AI tools do you train on?

The ones that fit your business and the accounts you already have, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot or Gemini. We’ll recommend the business plan that keeps your data out of public model training, and we won’t push you into new subscriptions you don’t need.

Can you train us at our office?

Yes. We train on site around Tomball and Houston, and online anywhere in the U.S. Small groups work best, so everyone gets hands-on time.

Will you help us write an AI policy?

We’ll write the plain-English ground rules your team works by: what AI is for, what never goes into it and who reviews the output. If your business handles data with legal or regulatory obligations, your lawyer decides what applies and should review the rules before they’re final. We’re not your lawyer.
