A land-clearing company was running the whole business out of spreadsheets and their phone. We built them one platform from scratch for leads, quotes, job scheduling, crew dispatch and invoicing. It replaced the duct-taped stack of apps. It runs their day, every day.

It can be, which is why we first compare it with buying and connecting tools that already exist. Custom only makes sense when the fit is worth the build.
When you've paid in full, the custom work is yours, including the software and its source code, and it runs in accounts you own, so none of it depends on us still being here. The reusable building blocks we bring to every job stay ours, but you can use and change them inside your system for good, and hand them to any developer you like. The handover includes access, setup notes, and what another capable builder needs to pick it up.
That depends on the system, but we build in useful pieces instead of disappearing until one giant launch. We agree on the first working slice before work starts.
Yes — patient records, client financials, case files, payment details. People get role-based logins with least-privilege access, so each person sees only what their job needs, and every change leaves an audit trail. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, it stays in accounts you own, and you can export all of it whenever you want. If your work falls under HIPAA, we'll sign a BAA.
