These are the ground rules for using this site and booking a call with me. I've kept them as short and plain as I can.

What the service is
This is a marketing website for my consulting work, plus a calendar you can use to book a free 30-minute call with me. That is the whole service. There is no account to create, nothing automated to run, and nothing to buy on this site.
What a free call is, and isn't
On a free call I give you my honest read of your business from what you tell me in half an hour. It is a starting point for a conversation, not a finished plan, and I may be missing context that would change my answer.
It is not professional, legal, financial, or tax advice. Verify important information before acting on it.
What you agree to
Book in good faith and show up, or cancel so the slot goes to someone else. Don't scrape this site, disrupt it, or use the booking form to send harmful or unlawful material.
Who owns what
Your own business information stays yours. The Tech by Jason name, branding, site design, and content Jason created remain Jason's. These terms do not transfer ownership from either of us to the other.
Availability and responsibility
The service is provided "as is." I may change, pause, or discontinue it. To the fullest extent Texas law allows, my total liability connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid for it. For a free call, that amount is $0.
Texas law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
