Lead generation

Know who’s about to need you, before they start calling around.

Every week, public records name businesses and property owners who are about to buy: a new permit, a bid going out, a contract awarded, a notice to fix something. Our Signal Engine watches those records, matches them to what you sell, and hands you a short list each week of who to call, why it fits and who to ask for. You decide who to contact.

The day-to-day

Sound familiar?

  • “Work comes in when it comes in. I never know where next month’s jobs are coming from.”
  • “By the time I hear about a job, three other companies are already bidding on it.”
  • “We bought a lead list once. Half the numbers were dead and the rest had never heard of us.”
  • “I don’t have time to dig through permit sites and bid boards every week.”

The build

What we build.

  • Signals matched to your work

We decide with you which records point to your kind of job, like a new permit for a contractor or a public bid in your trade, and filter out the rest.

  • A short call list every week

Who it is, what just happened, why it fits you and who to ask for. Short enough to work through, not a spreadsheet of strangers.

  • The record behind every lead

Each lead links back to the public record it came from, so you can see it’s real before you pick up the phone.

  • Public bids while there’s time

Bids from public agencies that fit what you do, with the due date and the contact, early enough to put a price together.

  • You choose who to contact

The list suggests; you decide. We don’t robocall, mass-text or cold-email anyone in your name.

  • It learns what turns into work

Tell us which leads went somewhere and which didn’t, and we tune the matching so next week’s list is better than this week’s.

How it goes

Three steps. No mystery.

  1. 01

We learn what you sell and who buys it

A short session on the jobs you want more of, where you work and who signs off on them, so the list only shows what fits.

  2. 02

We switch on the right signals

We pick the public records that point to your kind of buyer and tune the matching until the list is worth your time.

  3. 03

    Your list arrives every week

You call the leads that fit, and we keep tuning based on what turns into work.

No surprises

What this isn't.

  • Not a bought list of strangers. Every lead comes from a real public record, with the reason attached.
  • Not robocalls or mass texts sent in your name. You make the contact, the way a good salesperson would.
  • Not a fit for every business. If your buyers don’t leave a public trail, we’ll tell you on the first call.

Straight answers

Questions owners ask.

Where do the leads come from?

Free public records: building permits, public bids, government contracts and spending, enforcement notices and disaster declarations, from city, state and federal sources. Nothing behind a login, and no personal data bought from brokers.

What kinds of businesses is this for?

Businesses whose next customer leaves a public trail: contractors and trades, site and environmental work, engineering and inspection firms, suppliers, and anyone who bids on public work. If yours isn’t one of them, we’ll say so.

Can I just call these people?

The records are public, and calling a business about work it is putting out is ordinary sales. Texting or robocalling people who never asked to hear from you is restricted, so a person makes every contact and nothing is automated in your name. If you’re unsure what applies to you, ask your lawyer; we’re not your lawyer.

Do you only cover Houston?

We started with the Houston area and Texas, where we know the sources best. If you work somewhere else, ask on the call and we’ll tell you honestly what’s available there.
