Parents are the contact for every player, and we set up role-based logins so a coach sees their own roster, a board member sees what their job needs and medical details stay with the people you name. Records are encrypted in transit and at rest, there’s an audit trail of who opened what, and a parent can ask for their family’s data to be exported or deleted. We’re not your lawyer, and we’ll say when you need one.
Not if it works for your families. Where your registration software allows it, we connect to it, and we’ll tell you when the tool you have is already the better call. Often the gap is the questions, reminders and rain-out messages around it, not the sign-up form.
Yes. Members sign up and pay monthly online, sign their waiver once and book classes from their phone. When someone asks to cancel, the request reaches your staff right away so a person can follow up, and the cancellation itself stays simple for the member.
