Phones covered in the rush, catering quoted and food cost you can see

It’s Friday night, the dining room is full and the phone won’t stop. A catering request from Tuesday still has no reply, last month’s prices are still on your online menu, reviews sit unanswered and next week’s schedule lives in a group text. We build the Front-of-House System so AI answers the calls and drafts the quotes and replies for your team to approve, the menu matches everywhere, and you can finally see what each plate costs. We build it for restaurants, cafes, caterers, bars, small hotels and event venues across Houston and beyond.

A neighborhood restaurant. Dine-in, to-go and catering.

What slips, and what the Front-of-House System does about it.

  1. Friday · 6:40 pm

    Phone rang through the rush

    AI answers, to-go order taken

During the rush or after close, the AI answers in your restaurant’s name with hours, directions and the wait, books tables where your reservation system allows it, and takes to-go orders that land on a screen for your staff to confirm before they reach the kitchen. Allergy questions always go to a person.

  2. Catering · 2 days

    Inquiry sat in the inbox

AI drafts the quote, you send it

Catering requests from your website or email are logged with the date, headcount and budget. AI drafts a quote from your catering menu and your own prices, and you check the numbers, set the final price and send it.

  3. Menu · new prices

    Old menu still online

    Changed once, updated everywhere

Your menu, hours and prices live in one place. Change a price or close for a holiday once, and your website and online listings update where those platforms allow it.

  4. Reviews · Sunday

    Reviews left unanswered

AI drafts replies, you post them

New reviews land in one list, and AI drafts a reply to each in your voice. You read it, change what you want and post it yourself, and anything about a complaint or a health concern comes to you first.

  5. Schedule · Thu night

    Shift swaps lost in texts

    Swaps approved in one place

Staff see the schedule on their phone and ask for swaps or time off right there. A manager approves each change, so everyone works from the same version.

  6. Inventory · Monday

    Food cost was a guess

    AI reads invoices, cost tracked

Snap a photo of each supplier invoice and AI pulls the items and prices into your costs. A manager checks them, and you see food cost by dish plus a prep list built from what’s actually selling.

What we build

Inside the Front-of-House System.

  • AI phone host

Answers in your restaurant’s name during the rush and after close, with hours, reservations and to-go orders. Allergy questions go straight to your staff.

  • AI catering quotes

Every catering request logged, with a first-draft quote from your menu and prices that you finalize and send.

  • Menu and listings

One place to change your menu, prices and hours, sent out to your website and listings where they allow it.

  • AI review replies

Replies to new reviews drafted in your voice and posted only after you read and approve them.

  • Staff scheduling

The schedule on every phone, with swaps and time off requested there and approved by a manager.

  • Food cost and prep

Prices read from supplier invoices and checked by a manager, food cost by dish, and a prep list built from your sales.

  • Your data and accounts stay yours.

Everything runs in accounts under your name. Once it's paid for, the system is yours too. How we handle your data

Straight answers

Questions owners ask.

We already have a point-of-sale system. Do we have to replace it?

No. Your point-of-sale stays where the orders and payments live. We connect to your point-of-sale and reservation software where they allow it, and we’ll tell you when what you have already does the job.

What happens when a caller asks about allergies or ingredients?

That goes to a person, every time. We set it up so the AI never answers an allergy or food safety question itself. It takes the caller’s name and number or passes the call to whoever is working, and your team gives the answer.

Our staff turns over a lot. Will new hires pick it up?

That’s who we design for. Schedules and swaps open from a text link on any phone, with nothing to install. Each person sees only what their role needs, and when someone leaves, their access ends the moment you remove them.

Let's get started

Let's find what's costing you.

Thirty minutes on the phone and you'll know the one thing worth fixing first — and what it's worth to fix it. No pitch, no jargon, whether we end up working together or not.
