Calls answered, trucks booked, and jobs billed the day they close

Your best hours are spent in an attic or under a house, not at a desk. Calls come in while your hands are full, quotes wait for a free evening, and tickets get typed up on Friday night. We build the Call-to-Cash System so a customer’s call turns into a booked job, a closed ticket and a paid invoice without the paperwork pile. We build it for HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other field service companies across Houston and beyond.

An HVAC company. Three trucks.

What slips, and what the Call-to-Cash System does about it.

  1. Search · 6:05 am

    Found someone else first

Found on Google, reviews to back it

We build a website with a page for each service you offer, set up your Google listing, and ask happy customers for a review after each job.

  2. Tue · 7:12 pm

    No-cool call, no answer

    Answered after hours, job booked

After hours or while you’re on a job, the AI picks up in your company’s name, asks what’s wrong and where, and books the visit or flags an emergency to whoever’s on call.

  3. Quote · 3 days

    Priced it, never sent it

Quote sent from the truck, same day

Your tech builds the quote on a phone from your price book, and the customer gets it by text with a button to approve it.

  4. Truck 2 · 90 min

    Idle, next job unbooked

Next job sent to the open truck

The schedule shows which trucks are open and where they are, so dispatch can send the next job to a nearby open truck.

  5. Tickets · Fri night

    Typed up by hand, again

Tickets closed out on the phone

Techs close the ticket on the phone with notes, photos and a signature, so there’s nothing to type up at the end of the week.

  6. Invoice · 9 days

    Job done, never billed

Invoiced the moment the job closes

The moment a ticket closes, the invoice goes to the customer with a pay link, and reminders follow if it sits.

What we build

Inside the Call-to-Cash System.

  • Website and local search

A site with a page for each service, a Google listing kept current, and review requests after every job.

  • AI phone answering

Answers in your company’s name day and night, books jobs and sends emergencies to the on-call tech.

  • Quoting

Quotes built on the phone from your price book and approved by text.

  • Scheduling and dispatch

One board showing every tech and truck, so open time gets filled.

  • Invoicing

Invoices sent when the job closes, with a pay link and reminders.

  • Your data and accounts stay yours.

Everything runs in accounts under your name. Once it's paid for, the system is yours too. How we handle your data

Straight answers

Questions owners ask.

We already use a field service app. Do we have to switch?

Not if it’s working for your crew. Where your field-service app allows it, we connect to it, and we’ll tell you when the app you have is already the better call. Often the gap is the missed calls and the steps nobody connected, not the app.

Will customers know they’re talking to an AI?

Yes, it says so up front. It gets the address and the problem, and books the visit. You set the rules for what counts as an emergency and who gets the call at 2 am.

Our techs aren’t computer people. Will they use it?

We build it for a phone in a work glove. Big buttons, a few taps to close a ticket, photos straight from the camera. If a step slows them down, we cut it.

Let's get started

Let's find what's costing you.

Thirty minutes on the phone and you'll know the one thing worth fixing first — and what it's worth to fix it. No pitch, no jargon, whether we end up working together or not.
