Our volunteers aren’t technical. Will they actually use it?
That’s who we design for. Volunteers get a text with a link, pick a shift and they’re done. There’s no app to download and nothing new to learn.
We already have a donor database. Do we have to move everything?
Not necessarily. Where your donor database allows it, we connect to it instead of replacing it, and we’ll say so when it already does the job. If moving does make sense, your donor data comes with you and stays in accounts your organization owns.
