Ongoing tech partner

Your tech department — without the salary.

Installing something once isn't the finish line. We stay close enough to keep your website, software and systems running, make the next improvement month after month, and pick up the phone when the business changes underneath it.

The day-to-day

Sound familiar?

  • “We installed something useful, but nobody owns keeping it useful.”
  • “Every month brings a new bottleneck, and I don't have a technical person to call.”
  • “The team has tools they barely use because nobody helped the new habit stick.”
  • “When a system breaks, the business waits while I hunt down the person who built it.”

The build

What we build.

  • Monthly working sessions

We look at what changed, what is dragging, and which next move earns the attention.

  • A new improvement each month

We keep shipping useful changes instead of letting the original build gather dust.

  • What is built stays running

We watch the site, the software and the automations, handle the practical upkeep, and fix issues before they become folklore.

  • Your team learns the system

We train the people using it in plain English and adjust the flow when the habit doesn't fit.

  • Access kept current

Logins get reviewed when people join or leave, backups get checked, and somebody is watching who can reach what.

  • A first call when it breaks

You know who to call, and we already know why the system was built the way it was.

How it goes

Three steps. No mystery.

  1. 01

    We set the working rhythm

We agree on the business outcome, the monthly check-in, and what deserves an immediate call.

  2. 02

    We keep shipping

Each month we maintain what is running and build the next useful improvement with your team.

  3. 03

    We keep earning the relationship

It stays month to month. If the work stops being useful, we'll say so instead of protecting a retainer.

Proof, not promises

Here's what we built.

Systems that keep getting better

We built websites, software and AI systems that are still running because we're still on them. We keep the working pieces healthy, ship the next improvement month over month, train the people using them, and pick up the phone when something breaks. We also tell an owner when they don't need this yet — the relationship only makes sense while there is useful work to do.

  • MonthlyWorking rhythm
  • RunningSystems stay live
  • NextImprovement ships

No surprises

What this isn't.

  • Not a support contract that only wakes up when something fails.
  • Not a retainer you forget you're paying. We'd rather end it than bill you for nothing.

Straight answers

Questions owners ask.

Is this the same as a fractional CTO?

Close, and more hands-on. A fractional CTO usually means part-time technology leadership. You get that, the planning and the straight answers, plus the people who actually keep the website, software and systems running.

Is it month to month?

Yes. The relationship should keep going because the work is useful, not because an old contract says it has to.

What if I don't need you every month?

Then we will tell you. We can slow down, pause the relationship, or move to a clean handover instead of inventing work.

Who has access to my systems and data?

You do. Everything lives in accounts under your name. We work from our own named login with only the access the job needs, and you can remove it any day you want. When somebody on your team leaves, shutting off their access is part of the monthly rhythm, and if your work falls under HIPAA, we'll sign a BAA.

What happens to what you built if we stop?

It keeps running. Your accounts and your data are yours, and anything you've paid for in full is yours to keep — the website, the custom software, its source code. The retainer buys our time, not permission to use your own system. We hand over access and the notes needed to keep it going.

More on privacy, access and BAAs: how we handle your data.

Let's get started

Let's find what's costing you.

Thirty minutes on the phone and you'll know the one thing worth fixing first — and what it's worth to fix it. No pitch, no jargon, whether we end up working together or not.
