We hold information about children. How is it protected?

With care, and only for the people who need it. We set up role-based logins so a teacher sees their own class, a parent sees only their own child and the office sees what it needs. Access is logged, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and nothing about a child is shared without a parent’s consent. Your records stay in accounts the school owns. Rules about student and family records are the school’s obligation, and we build the controls that help you meet them. We’re not your lawyer, and we’ll say when you need one.

Will AI be writing to our families without us seeing it?

No. AI writes drafts. A teacher or your office reads every daily report, progress note and reply before it goes out, and anything about a child’s health, safety or behavior is handled by your staff, never the AI.

We already use school management software. Do we have to switch?

No. We connect to your school management software where it allows it, and we’ll tell you when what you have already does the job. Often the gap is the inquiries after hours and the paperwork around the software, not the software itself.
