Which email platform do you use?
Usually the one you already have, or one that fits your size and budget, set up in your name. If what you use works, we keep it.
Email marketing
Your best next sale is usually someone who already bought from you. We set up email to your own customer list, with reminders, follow-ups, a short newsletter and a come-back note for people you haven’t seen in a while, so it goes out on its own, lands in the inbox and brings them back.

The day-to-day
The build
We pull your customers from where they already live, like your booking app, invoices or customer database, drop the duplicates and dead addresses, and keep the people who’ve done business with you or asked to hear from you.
Appointment reminders, thank-yous, review requests and “it’s time again” notes, set off by what the customer did, not by someone remembering.
A short, regular note in your voice with something useful in it, written for your customers, not a template blast.
We set up your sending domain properly, so mail providers trust your email and it lands in the inbox, not spam.
Every email carries your business details and a working unsubscribe, and people who opt out stay out.
We track the bookings, sales and replies the email brings in, not just how many people opened it.
How it goes
We find where your customers already are and choose the two or three emails that will bring back the most business first.
In your voice, on your own sending domain, connected to the tools you already use, and tested before anything goes out.
Reminders and follow-ups send on their own. We look at what brings people back and adjust from there.

Lead lists are for calling, not mass email. Email marketing goes to your customers and to people who asked to hear from you. That keeps your sender reputation clean and your list honest.
No. A few hundred past customers and the right reminders can bring back repeat work. If it isn’t worth doing yet, we’ll tell you on the call.
Commercial email has legal requirements, like a working unsubscribe and your business address in every message, and we build those in from the start. If your industry has extra rules, such as healthcare, we’ll flag it so you can check with your lawyer. We’re not your lawyer.
