The plain-English version

Privacy policy

This is a marketing site with one thing to do on it: book a call. There are no accounts and no sign-in. I don't sell your data, and I never share it for advertising.

What I collect

  • Your booking, if you schedule a call. The calendar is run by Cal.com, and what you type into it goes to Cal.com: your name, email, phone number if you give one, time zone, the time you picked, and anything you typed in the notes box. Cal.com sends me a copy so I can prepare for our call. This site keeps no database of its own.
  • Nothing else. There is no sign-up, no account, no login, and no form on this site that stores what you type. If you call or email me instead, I have whatever you told me, the same as any phone call.
  • Error diagnostics. Sentry receives error reports only. Before an error is sent, the app strips request bodies, cookies, headers, query strings, and user identity. Session Replay and performance tracing are off.

Cookies, without the runaround

This site sets no cookies of its own — there is no login session to keep.

It also uses Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies to count visits. That tells me how many people come to the site, which pages they actually read, and whether they arrived from Google, a link, or by typing the address. It does not tell me who you are.

There are no advertising cookies and no ad retargeting. I do not sell your data, and I do not use Google Analytics to build an advertising profile of you.

If you would rather not be counted, Google publishes a browser add-on that turns Google Analytics off everywhere: the Google Analytics opt-out. Your browser's “do not track” or tracker-blocking settings also work.

The booking calendar is run by Cal.com and loads inside its own frame. It is not loaded on ordinary pages: your browser only fetches it once you move toward booking — hovering, tapping, or tab-focusing a “Book a call” button, or opening the booking page. From that point Cal.com may set its own cookies inside that frame, and anything you type into the calendar goes to Cal.com to make the appointment.

This site does not show a cookie consent banner. It is a US business serving US customers, where consent banners are not required; the analytics above are counting visits, not following you around the web. If that ever changes, this page changes with it.

How I use your information

I use what you give me at booking to hold the appointment, prepare for our call, and follow up about it. That is the whole list.

Your data is never sold and never shared for advertising.

Service providers

These providers help operate the service and receive only the data needed for that job:

  • Vercel — website hosting
  • Cal.com — scheduling, only when you book a call (it receives the name, email, and anything else you enter on the booking form, and sends me a copy)
  • Google — Google Analytics on every page, which receives the page you viewed, roughly where you are (city level), and what kind of device and browser you used
  • Sentry — PII-scrubbed error monitoring as described above

How long I keep it

Your booking lives in Cal.com, and in my own calendar and email, while we're working together or talking about it. Cancelling in Cal.com cancels the appointment; ask me directly if you also want the record removed from my side.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email jason@aisystemswithjason.com or call (832) 639-5923. I may need to check that the booking is yours before acting on a request.

Children

This service is not directed to children under 13.
